🎯 Conditions to become an affiliate

To join our affiliate program, you must meet one of the following two criteria:
✅ Have placed at least one order on our site thehood-bikelife.com
or
✅ Be a content creator/influencer with more than 25,000 subscribers on a social network (Instagram, TikTok,YouTube…).

💰 Payment of commissions
• Commissions are calculated excluding shipping costs and additional discounts.
• Minimum withdrawal threshold: €65.
• Payment made by bank transfer or PayPal (your choice).
• Processing time: 7 to 15 working days after request.


⚖️ Legal information and conditions

1. Use of content
• You are authorized to use The Hood® visuals, logos and content only in the context of promoting our products.
• Any abusive or misleading use will result in the immediate deletion of the affiliated account.

2. Tracking and transparency
• Clicks and sales are tracked via your link or promo code.
• You have access to your dashboard to track your earnings in real time.

3. Validity of cookies
• Sales tracking via tracked link is valid for 30 days after the initial click.
• If a customer uses several codes or links, the last link used takes priority.

4. Withdrawal conditions
• The payment threshold is set at €65.
• Any attempt at fraud (personal order, false sales, etc.) will result in the cancellation of commissions and the closure of the affiliated account.

6. Taxation
• The affiliate is responsible for declaring their income in accordance with the legislation of their country.
• The Hood® declines all responsibility in the event of non-declaration.
